First Ray Meditation with El Morya
El Morya’s meditation is about 8:20 in length. He gives you a process on how to breathe in the Blue Ray. He then has your Healing Team install beliefs. If you listen to this once a day it will greatly assist you in integrating the First Ray of God’s Will.

I was created from the Will of God and I expand by following the Will of God.
Message from El Morya, Chohan of the Blue Ray
In this session, we hear from El Morya as well as from Amma. El Morya talks about the First Ray of the Will of God. Amma gives us information about Cosmic Attunements. El Morya ends the hour by guiding us through a Cosmic Attunement.
Here is a prayer of El Morya of Aligning to Divine Will.
My lower self is aligned to my Higher Self. I am my Higher Self.
My Higher Self is aligned to my God Self. I am my god Self.
My god Self is aligned to the Most High God, the great I AM.
Let the pure will of the Most High God flow through me unimpeded.
My will and the Will of God are one.
I will to will Thy Will.
I AM the Will of God.
Let the unconditional Love of the Most High God flow through me unimpeded.
Let it overflow and radiate out from me to all those I come in contact with.
